No. You will receive a text message about your scheduled service with a live view of your estimated service time frame and when your service was completed.
During high season we work weekends and we always work holidays, at the exclusion of major holidays. If your service day falls on a major holiday, we will try to make it up on the next available day or you do not pay for the day.

We work during all weather conditions. However, during extreme weather conditions, we will service your yard on the next weather-permitting day.
No problem. Your service will be rolled over to the next scheduled visit. You will not lose any service days.
We do not offer refunds. In an unusual situation where you may have placed an order without first confirming our service area, for instance, we will issue a prompt refund minus processing fee that the credit card company charges us.
We appreciate your referrals and will reward you with one free scooping. Not applicable on one-time service.
